Q: What is your shipping policy? 

A: Please allow us to process your order within working days plus 8-30 days delivery time. (Under normal shipping and clearance condition)

With customized order or special request on delivery or product, please contact our sales directly before your purchase. Once the order is completed, you will receive notification and tracking number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Q: What kind of shipping method do Coolnice offer? 

A:  We offer DHL, Fedex or UPS for express delivery.  However, if you have specific shipping requirements, or need to expedite orders or orders shipped by specific carriers with your order, please contact us before completing the checkout process to resolve any issues. We can send your order to  your shipping agent in China or provide services on the bar code if you need the goods to Amazon warehouse. If you have larger order need to ship via ocean freight, our nearest port is Shenzhen, Guangzhou

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only the items has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately and our sales representative will assist you on the cancellation. The transaction surcharge will be charged for cancellation.


Q: What is your After Sale policy for defective merchandise?

A: Coolnice strongly suggests to contact us in advance regards of quality problems or shipping damaged photo via email to evaluate before sending back to us in order to save time and money.  If it is quality problem indeed that belongs to our responsibility, we will refund full to you. Please keep the whole package totally the same as the one you got if both of us agree to return the goods.
