They customized the packing for me. Very nice!
I put cleanser directly on the exfoliating side and use it that way. It doesn’t tug at my skin but I would caution however of over exfoliating with this product.
I like having two sizes for cleaning/massaging. The sponge is nice for foaming the cleanser, but I feel like if I don’t take it out to air dry after use it will get moldy.
