Shipping policy

 Within working days, the received and payment completed order will be processed by confirmation email within 24 hours and shipped within 5 working days + delivery time. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The order be placed on Saturday and Sunday will be arranged on Monday. If you would like us to make urgent deliver, please email us to check if there are urgent (or holiday) service options in your area.  If you order is with customized order, our sales representative will provide update deliver time when confirm your customized request.

 

The goods will be shipped from Coolice China factory and Coolnice will choose the appropriate carrier for transportation depending on the specific country and region. Normally, we will choose DHL, Fedex or UPS for express delivery. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number and estimate delivery day once the payment is completed and order is processed within 5 working days. Under normal and smooth customs clearance, the express delivery takes around 8-30 days. However, the estimated delivery time in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary according to different regions.

 In order to ensure your order is sent correctly and received in time, please confirm your entered address is correct, include name, phone number, detail address include building or apartment number. Coolnice will not responsible for the return, loss and delivery of incorrect goods.  Also, any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only the items has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately and our sales representative will assist you on the cancellation. The transaction surcharge will be charged for cancellation.

If you have specific shipping issues or requirements, or need to expedite orders or orders shipped by specific carriers, please contact us before completing the checkout process to resolve any issues with your order.

 Please noted that all fees are in U.S. dollars. Please contact your credit card provider to obtain the exchange rate or other extra charge from your credit card company for your order. 

If your shipping country/region is not listed at checkout, it means that we do not list the shipping cost to your country/region. In that case, please contact us directly to check the shipping cost.

 

Holiday transportation

DHL, FedEx observe the following Chinese holidays. Please note that the package will not be shipped until the next business day. Also, all countries have statutory holidays, and delivery will be delayed according to local holidays. Please allow enough time for processing and transportation during the holidays. Due to high shipping volume and/or weather delays, UPS, DHL and FedEx may delay your delivery. Order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.  When the package arrives at the destination customs (all countries/regions), certain customs duties such as import duties and/or value-added tax may be incurred, which need to be borne by the receiver. Please carefully understand the local tax and fee policy before you place the order.

 If you do not receive your order within 7 days of the date of estimate delivery date, please let us know and we will attempt to locate the items with the shipping company. We will not honor the requests of re-sending merchandise if you do not notify us within 7 days of the date of purchase.
